Monthly Maintenance Plan

We offer a monthly  maintenance plan for $100/month for 1.5 hours a month of general maintenance.  Whatever you need fixed, be it changing your AC filter, fixing a leaky faucet or repairing a hole in drywall.  We can fix it in that time.  If you run over the allotted time, then we will just bill accordingly.

Inspection and Preventive Maintenance

We will also inspect your house as part of our monthly visit, to look for potential problems.  For instance, bad caulk on your Masonite siding, or a leaky drain pipe under the sink.  Regular checkups on your house can save thousands in repairs later on.
